3)  Bring a wrapped gift value, it could be sewing related.
Thank you, ladies, for taking this on with short notice.

Community Quilts - If anyone knows of a group or family in need of a quilt (s) Please let our chairs know.
CHP received 9 Children’s quilts
Freeman Center received six
Hyde Park, an elderly housing received 6 Adult quilts. Thank you, ladies, for all your efforts.

Lee Library - The annual quilt show sponsored by the Lee Library Association and Pumpkin Patch
Quilts are on view in the J. Peter Scolforo Gallery at Lee Library, 100 Main St., during the month of
November. Hours are M-F 10-6  Sat 10-2.

Guild Library - It was decided earlier in the year to dissolve the library main reason no librarian and storage issue with. The guild spoke with Senior Center, library will continue. The Guild has spent hundreds of dollars on books and members have graciously donated. Once dissolved it would be hard to restart a library again. The library will open to paid members only. We now have a librarian. ThankYou for stepping up. Voted/ accepted to keep library.

Dues:
Covid put a lot on hold. April 2022, we held our 1st in person meeting and decided not to collect dues till end of 2022 year.  It was decided and voted upon to start collecting dues for continued operation of guild. Since we no longer meet in Jan and Feb (winter months). The guild’s new year begins in March 2023 and runs through Dec 2023. Dues will be collected starting in Dec 2022 for our new fiscal year, or you may send your payments in March 2023.

Program Committee - Addressed several issues they saw.
1) With no officers to approve or set budget it was hard to get speakers. The past budget was
$600.00 for the year. Inflation has caused that number to jump. Before S left, she had a speaker
lined up, cost $1000.00. Another issue was, it takes a year or more to get speakers. The Guild
voted to approve a budget of $1500.00 to secure May's speaker in 2023.
2)  Hard for program committee to plan without knowing how many members we will have in 2023.

Officers and Committee Chairs were voted on and/or announced.  See the listing under Officers and Committeess.  Committee Chairs - Thanks to all members who stepped up and signed up to be a committee chair for 2023. There are about 4 positions that still need to be filled. Remember you can partner with someone.
